Matchmaking Operations

Last month, one of the Sundays, Cassey and I celebrated YC’s belated b’day at Sunway Redbox. I’m getting fed up wif Redbox liao, not only they increased their lunch price to a minimum RM10 charge, they also decreased our K time. It was supposed to be from 11am to 2pm but they cut us off an hour earlier coz we had only 3 persons. Dumbass! I didn’t get to sing the Theresa’s Carmen! HUH! Next time gonna stick to Galaxy liao…

We were frustrated so we drove all the way to The Curve’s Redbox to continue again. Hahhaah…just kidding. Actually we went to Cineleisure to watch Sunshine. YC was forced to watch movie with us, hahaha…

Upon waiting for the movie to start, we settled down at Winter Warmers to have an afternoon tea. Cassey ordered a three-storey-tea-snack for us to try. It consisted of some butter biscuits, cheesecake and some really hard pies. We just sat at the porch of the shop, chewing on the cookies, chit-chatting and observing the passersby. Hey, we had 3 hours to kill man!

We actually had a lot to talk about in 3 hours. The topic went from primary schoolmates to colleagues, from our working life to the discovery of religions, from parents to friends, from the DJ sitting in front of us to the couple walking by the shop…

And then there was the highlight of the day, we talked bout matchmaking. Cassey mentioned tat her parents and frens tried to match make her.

Angie: Huh? YC, u got any frens to intro to her o not?
YC: Let me think, ah, there’s this guy, 1982. He was my uni fren and he’s a really really nice guy but then…

Cassey: HAH!? Then next time he wont care for his family woh coz he fight for justice and ready to sacrifice for the people.
YC: Next time u go protest wif him mah. We can see u on TV also…
Cassey: *faint*
Angie: NEXT!

YC: There’s another one, also 82.
Cassey: I cant get away from 82 issit?
YC: He’s very endao one…just one thing bout him…

Cassey: NO! I cannot tahan...
Angie: NEXT!!

YC: Okla, got a same age one. He’s a supplier for my company.
YC: Erm, he’s a bit…

Cassey: *sweat*
Angie: NEXT! NEXT!

YC: Hahhah…ok ok. Ah, another 81 also, he’s very rich and nice…
Angie: Then?
YC: He stammers a bit…

Cassey: Hahhahahaahahhhah….
Angie: NEXT! NEXT! NEXT!

YC: Yo, oklo. One of my colleagues. 29 yers old, quite goodlooking one.
Angie: Uh huh?
YC: He’s very quiet one…
Angie: Cannot also…
YC: Why le? Too talkative cannot, too quiet also cannot?

YC: Okla, he’s also a bit short temper, not gentleman enuf and sensitive lo…
Cassey: *cannot stop giggling*
Angie: Got SOMEMORE o not??

YC: No more liao.
YC: Wait, another one, 28 yers old. Very guai one…
Angie: But??
YC: But a bit weird…

Angie + Cassey: *sweat**sweat*

YC: I think tat’s it la…
Angie: Y all ur frens weird one?
Cassey: Yalo…all got their own character.
YC: I also dunno…

Then we couldn’t stop laughing…
